Instructional League (Thursday Nights)
You just realized that curling is an amazing sport and you want to get some more time on the ice and learn all that you can. This is our beginner league that is geared towards new curlers who have completed a Learn to Curl or have never stepped on the ice before. Over this 5 week league, you will practice your slide and delivery, sweeping technique, gameplay, and strategy. By the end of this league, you should feel confident to join in the fun on either of the Tuesday or Sunday leagues.
No Standings League (Tuesday Nights)
So you want to curl, but don’t really care about the score at the end - just the people you met along the way. This is the league for you to focus on having fun, meeting and playing with more club members, and broomstacking. Games will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes and no set teams are required. Teams will be set at the beginning of each week and the only result that matters is fun!
Standings League (Sunday Nights)
Do you have what it takes to claim that you are a top curler in Albuquerque? Are you ready to land a permanent place on the coveted Roadrunner trophy? This is our more competitive league that plays a weekly 8 End (2 hour) match in a tournament style of play. You will play with your same team for the duration of the league. The league will end with a playoff bracket where a champion will be crowned!
