In round robin leagues, players stay on the same teams for the duration of the league. Scores are recorded and standings are announced each week. At the discretion of the league manager, the league winner may be announced using standings or the top teams may face off in playoffs and a championship game. This league typically lasts 8-10 weeks and is held on Sunday evenings. Participants in Round Robin Leagues must have at least attended one learn-to-curl class or have other prior curling experience.
Roadrunner Curling Club is a volunteer-run 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the enjoyment and promotion of the sport of curling in central New Mexico. Our home is at the Outpost Ice Arenas in northeast Albuquerque, where we rent two sheets of ice for games and teaching. We typically curl there three times per week. Our club offers recreational leagues for all levels of play, from beginning curlers to those with years of experience. Discover what this fantastic sport can do for you!
